If your product has a major defect or does not match your order in a significant way, we will replace it at no cost. You must notify us in writing within 24 hours of delivery to claim a replacement.
Since all our products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once they are in production.
Custompinbadges.co.uk reserves the right to deduct a 25% cancellation fee if a design project is cancelled and a refund is requested.
Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method. For example, if payment was made via credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
If an error occurs due to pricing, material, finishing, turnaround time, or any other issue caused by Custompinbadges.co.uk, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
We reserve the right to refuse any order. If we reject an order, we will refund your deposit.
Any miscommunication from the customer during the quoting or estimation process does not qualify the order for cancellation or a refund.
Any changes made to an order will be treated as a new order and will not qualify as a reprint.
You may request a refund if you receive a defective, damaged, or significantly different product from the approved design.
If your order is not delivered on time due to our fault, you may qualify for a refund.
